·         ONLY BUTTER/MAGERINE ALLOWED ON WHOLE WHEAT BREAD (I EAT 2 SLICES OF W/WHEAT BREAD FOR B/FAST, AS IT IS A DIET – DON’T EAT A WHOLE LOAF)

·         IF YOU CAN’T DRINK COFFEE YOU CAN CHANGE IT TO LOW FAT HOT CHOCOLATE – NO SUGAR – NO MILK – COFFEE ONLY ALLOWED TILL 12

·         NO SUGAR OR MILK ALLOWED IN COFFEE

·         NO EXTRA FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED – ONLY ITEMS ON EATING PLAN

·         ONLY THESE EXTRA’S ARE ALLOWED: LEMON JUICE, ONIONS, SALT AND PEPPER, SWEETNER AND OLIVE OIL

·         HAM CAN BE CHANGED TO LEAN BEEF

·         FISH CAN BE CHANGED TO CHICKEN

·         ANY LOW FAT CHEESE CAN BE USED

·         SALAD CONSISTS OF LETTUCE ONLY
